The Gore-Tex membrane keeps feet nice and dry.The Variofix lacing system supports a perfect fit: The system around the heel ensures good heel fixation.The free-running "Speed Wire" tightens evenly around the heel when laced up.This guarantees optimal grip.
The non-slip Meindl Multigrip 3 Alpin Light sole by Vibram ensures reliable traction.
Important note: The Literock GTX is an approach shoe.These are designed for short to medium-length routes on rocky, technical terrain and therefore feature a correspondingly soft rubber compound on the outsole.This wears out quickly with continuous use.For those who tend to cover long distances on hard but flat surfaces, we recommend taking a look at the "Hiking Shoes" category.
