This 14th - 15th Century Medieval Styled Laced Ankle Boot takes its inspiration from 14th-15th century from the plentiful illustrations of medieval shoes and boots found in England and all over Western & Central Europe. These medieval boots were also very popular in the 14th century worn by saxons, vikings, normans, goths and various other tribes. Medieval footwears of this type are documented in Shoes and Patterns (Medieval Finds from Excavations in London). This shoe is Part of Baynard's Castle assemblage. These Medieval Boots are the welted (nailed) construction.

Care Instructions:
Remove dirt with a hard brush, then gently clean with leather soap and a soft, damp cloth. Remove soap with a separate damp cloth, then use a dry cloth to wipe away remaining water. Let dry naturally. Condition with oil or polish, then wipe with a final cloth to remove excess residue.
